This policy covers planmysalary.com and Wealth Coach at wealth.planmysalary.com. The main website offers browser-based calculators and content. Wealth Coach is an optional account-based tool for setting goals and recording progress. Where the two services handle data differently, we explain that below.
Calculator inputs on PlanMySalary
Most PlanMySalary calculators run in your browser. The amounts and assumptions you type are used to show an estimate on the page and are not intentionally collected by us as a personal financial record. Avoid entering information that could identify you, such as account numbers or passwords; calculators do not need it.
Wealth Coach account and planning data
If you choose to use Wealth Coach, you sign in through Google. We receive the identity information needed to operate the account, such as your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. In Wealth Coach you may also choose to provide a mobile number, country, goal names, target amounts, reported savings progress, check-ins, reviews, and reminder preferences.
We store that account and planning data in Amazon Web Services infrastructure so it can appear when you return. Wealth Coach does not connect to your bank, request bank passwords, or independently verify a transfer, balance, or check-in.
Information we may collect
When you visit either service, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, date and time of visit, referring page, and general usage events. PlanMySalary also uses Google Analytics to understand general website use. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the services.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage and similar technologies where needed for site operation. For example, Wealth Coach stores sign-in session tokens in your browser so that you can stay signed in. Google sign-in and Google Analytics on PlanMySalary may also set or read their own cookies or similar identifiers under their policies.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to run the site, including Google Analytics for usage measurement, Google for optional sign-in, and Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, and data storage. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of PlanMySalary and its users, or as part of a business transfer. If we enable advertising in the future, we will update this policy to describe the relevant advertising technology and choices.

Data retention and your choices
We keep Wealth Coach account and planning data while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or enforce our terms. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your Wealth Coach account by emailing us from the account email address. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
You can sign out at any time. Signing out removes the local session from that browser; it does not by itself delete the account or planning data stored for the service.
Security
We use managed authentication, access controls, and encrypted cloud infrastructure designed to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your Google account with the security measures it offers and do not share account access with others.
Contact emails
If you email us, we may use your email address and message content to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive financial documents, passwords, account numbers, or private identity documents.

Children's privacy
PlanMySalary and Wealth Coach are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

PlanMySalary is accessible internationally. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, which may have different privacy laws from your country. By using the services, you understand that processing may occur in those locations.
